The Experience Behind The Remedy

I’ve spent my career figuring out what makes people, teams, and businesses excel at what they do best.

I started in direct sales, where I spent nearly 15 years successfully building and running my own business. I led every part of it, from lead generation and sales to recruiting, training, leadership development, and team performance. I built a national team of more than 160 people, ranked in the top 1% of over 60,000 consultants for five consecutive years, and earned ten President’s Club trips along the way.

Sales taught me how to listen, connect, solve problems, and move people toward action. Running the business taught me something even more valuable: growth creates an entirely new set of challenges.

In 2020, I brought that experience into the agency world and joined a small, growing team as a Senior Project Manager. Within a year, I was promoted to COO.

Over the next several years, I helped grow the agency through rapid, sustained growth and supported the expansion of a global team to more than 80 people. I built departments, created roles, developed leaders, redesigned service delivery, improved visibility, and established the systems and operating rhythms needed to support the next stage of growth.

The results included increasing profitability from 4% to 20%, reducing annual client churn from 49% to 19%, and improving team utilization from 55% to 90%.

That experience also led me into consulting with businesses facing very different operational challenges. I helped a personal injury law firm clarify its ideal client profiles and build a more focused marketing approach for reaching each audience in a distinct, relevant way.

I also worked with a local business that repeatedly struggled to hire the right people. We went back to the foundation, clarifying what each role actually needed to accomplish, assessing team capacity, and rebuilding the job descriptions around the skills, ownership, and outcomes the business truly needed.

I later brought that operational leadership into the B2B public relations space, working alongside agency leadership to strengthen structure, accountability, financial visibility, team development, and long-term planning.

Along the way, I saw the same pattern repeatedly. Agency founders build successful businesses because they know their craft, understand their clients, and care deeply about the work. As the agency grows, the business needs a different level of leadership, infrastructure, and operational discipline.

That is why I went solo - because I can help multiple agencies get to a place where they can scale and grow. And I love it.

Today, I work with agency founders and leadership teams through executive advisory, operational consulting, and fractional leadership. I help them zoom out, identify the real constraint, build stronger leaders, and create practical systems that support profitable, sustainable growth.

I am an operator, an implementer, and a strategic partner who is comfortable stepping into the messy middle. Bring me the friction, the chaos, the half-built systems, the leadership gaps, and the decisions that keep circling.

It’s like candy to me, and together, we’ll create the remedy.

Outside of work, I’m a mom of four, lifelong learner, live-music regular, and unapologetic animal lover. My family keeps life full, grounded, and just chaotic enough to make operational excellence feel especially useful.

When I’m not untangling operational challenges, you’ll usually find me enjoying a good Scotch, catching a live music show, or appreciating the kind of artists who write incredible lyrics.
